What are your security/safety policies？
All our educators are police vetted and hold a first aid qualification. Even any other adults over 17 years of age who are present in the house durning licensed hours are also Police vetted.
We regualrly check our licensed home care's environment to make sure they meet or beyond the Ministry of Education's standard.
Can I observe/visit my child whenever I like?
Of course, Parents are welcomed at any time. You know, parents and care provider can work together like a team. Our universal target is to make children healthier, happier and smarter.
How do I know if my child is engaged in activities?
We set up goals and plans for each child according to their age. Our experienced coordinator will visit educators regularly to ensure the plan is implemented and maintain portfolios of each child. Parents also get updates on a monthly base. Photos or video recorded activities are forwarded to parents as well as to teacher in charge.
Will I be asked to look after myself if kids are sick?
In case the child is very sick it is advisable to keep the child at home also it is more likely the infection is passed on to other children. Minor illness cases you need to complete medicine authorization form and instruct the Educator
How much does it cost?
Educator can start from less thant $5 per hour per child and ranges up to around $8 per hour per child
